Private-beta scope
TFF Falcon Exchange provides invitation review, moderated listing records, protected member previews, private-offer recording and a controlled transaction workflow. It does not create an unrestricted public offer for live birds.
Member responsibility
Members must provide accurate identity, ownership, bird, health, pedigree and transaction information; use only material they may lawfully disclose; protect counterpart data; and comply with welfare, veterinary, CITES, import, export, sanctions, payment and destination-country rules.
Moderation
The exchange may request corrections, refuse publication, restrict access, pause an offer or preserve records where identity, welfare, legality, evidence quality or transaction safety is unclear. Publication is not certification of future health or performance.
Offers and payment
A recorded offer is private and subject to seller selection, member qualification, agreed terms and compliance checks. During the private beta the platform does not hold client money, operate escrow or guarantee settlement. No party should send funds until written transaction instructions and the responsible regulated provider are confirmed.
No circumvention or misuse
Members may not scrape protected records, publish counterpart identities, manipulate bids, upload forged documents, misrepresent legal origin, use the service for prohibited species or transactions, or attempt to bypass review and access controls.
