TFFFalcon Exchange

The exchange standard

Evidence before access. Review before reach.

The standard separates three things conventional listings often mix together: the identity of the seller, the evidence around the bird, and the mechanics of the transaction.

01

Referral and role

We record who introduces the applicant, their operation or buyer context, and the role they intend to play.

02

Identity review

Protected access is issued only after identity and professional context are reviewed by the founding desk.

03

Bird dossier

A listing joins ring and chip records, pedigree, DNA, health evidence, media, performance context and export readiness.

04

Curator decision

The curator approves publication or returns the dossier with an exact correction note. No self-publishing shortcut exists.

05

Private execution

Qualified offers, counterpart checks, documents and handover state move into a controlled deal-room workflow.

Minimum listing file

What the curator expects

  • Seller identity and ownership context
  • Ring and, where applicable, microchip record
  • Pedigree and parentage evidence
  • Current health file and destination-specific checks
  • Accurate media and performance context

Founding commercial model

No fee for noise.

Listing
No listing fee for the founding cohort
Transaction
Success-based exchange fee, disclosed before the deal room opens
Optional services
Laboratory, export, transport and regulated payment services priced separately by contracted providers

Partner rule

Integrated only after contract and accountability.

DNA laboratories, veterinary/export specialists, transport providers, events and payment-protection services are shown as partners only after a written agreement defines scope, data handling and responsibility. ADIHEX and Saudi auction channels remain potential distribution routes, not claimed partnerships.
