What we collect
Access requests may include name, country, professional email, market role, operation or buyer profile, referral context and a preferred contact channel. Member workflows may also store listing dossiers, uploaded media and documents, moderation decisions, watchlists, private offers and deal-room records.
Why we use it
The data supports identity and role review, fraud prevention, listing moderation, transaction qualification, support and compliance records. It is not intended for sale as marketing data.
Who can access it
Access is limited by role and workflow stage. Public visitors receive only moderated preview data. Relevant counterparties and contracted specialists receive only what is required for the specific review or transaction stage.
Storage and retention
Structured product records are stored in the hosting database and uploaded files in protected object storage. Device-local drafts and theme preferences may remain in your browser. Private-beta retention periods will be formalised before commercial launch; deletion requests are handled case by case meanwhile.
Your request
Use the contact page to request access, correction or deletion of your application data. Identity may be re-checked before sensitive records are changed or released.
